This recipe is the perfect way to drink some of those pesky vegetables! Vanilla protein powder is combined with raw greens and citrus to give you a protein-packed, nutrient-dense meal. It’s loaded with iron, beta-carotene, vitamin C, and antioxidants to help fill you up and optimize your health!
- 1 scoop of any vanilla protein powder (25-35 g)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup raw chopped kale
- 1 orange, peel and seeds removed
- 1/2 teaspoon of spirulina powder
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of ginger powder
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
