Strawberry Popsicles


  • 1/2 cup low carb sweetener or other sugar substitutes
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cups water



  1. In a saucepan, heat sweetener and strawberries on medium-low until a sauce is formed (about 5-10 minutes).
  2. Place warm strawberry sauce and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
  3. Combine with water in large bowl.
  4. Pour liquid into popsicle molds or freezer pop bags.
  5. Freeze until solid.
