Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low carb sweetener or other sugar substitutes
 - 2 cups strawberries sliced
 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
 - 4 cups water
 
Directions
- In a saucepan, heat sweetener and strawberries on medium-low until a sauce is formed (about 5-10 minutes).
 - Place warm strawberry sauce and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
 - Combine with water in large bowl.
 - Pour liquid into popsicle molds or freezer pop bags.
 - Freeze until solid.
