Watching her father lift weights in the basement three evenings a week for over 12 years began her pursuit of health and fitness, which has stayed with her throughout my life. After her son was born with Down syndrome in 1993, she became a “hobbyist nutritionist” learning the affects food has on our bodies, so that her son could live the highest quality of life possible. As a practicing Yogi for 25 years and obtaining (with her son and husband) a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, she learned that Health & Fitness are inseparable and both required for living life to the fullest. Having been in the Air Force and visited many countries around the world, Kim became familiar with the diets in various cultures. Currently, she is schooling to be a Health Coach with emphasis on Nutrition. She is highly committed to people living life fully with vitality, joy, and optimum health. Kim’s most appreciated part of working at Tampa Rejuvenation is educating and supporting the patients, so that they can live their best lives!
