Tampa Rejuvenation offers education, sample menus and custom meal plans with an associated grocery list to make shopping easier, cooking more convenient and eating more enjoyable for you! We are committed to your health and longevity, not only supporting you to understand foods, but also in coaching you on a regular basis through your 'food' challenges (e.g., no time for breakfast with your schedule), 'food' situations (e.g., attending a wedding or eating while going on vacation), and 'food' likes and dislikes. Tampa Rejuvenation supports a lifestyle change and with that, an understanding of the body and how food reacts within your body's system, is the key to ensuring success.


Natural Weight Loss

Do I need a Customized Nutrition Program?

What is included in my custom meal plan?


In alignment with Tampa Rejuvenation's integrative approach to achieving your ideal level of health and fitness, designing a custom meal plan takes a comprehensive view of a person's complete profile, which includes:

  • Body composition (includes BMI, Body Fat Percentage, Lean Muscle Mass, Water Weight, Skeletal Weight, height, age, scale weight and more)
  • Body measurements
  • Fitness plan
  • Activity level
  • Food sensitivities (e.g., gluten intolerance)
  • Health concerns (e.g., pre-diabetic)

Given the information collected from the patient's body profile, a daily caloric intake is derived. From this, we design meals and snacks along with a full grocery list for your convenience. The meal plan breaks down the Carbohydrates, Protein, Fats and Calories, as well as summarizing the nutrients, vitamins and mineral detail. Below you will see the output of a SAMPLE DINNER.
